McKENNA; James (John)

McKenna, who was also known as John McKenna, arrived in VDL on the vessel Emily 2 from Dublin.  On 5 May 1883 he was found guilty in Hobart of being Idle & Disorderly and sentenced to 2 Months in gaol.  He is described as being 64 years of age, a free settler, a labourer, Catholic with three or more prior convictions and could only read.  His warrant number was 14827.  McKenna died at CSG on 6 June 1883  (Cause unknown.)
