OGDEN; James
Native-born Ogden was 20 years of age when he was found guilty at the HSC on 15 May 1883 of murdering William Wilson at Cleveland. According to the gate-book he didn’t arrive at CSG until the date of execution. He is shown as being a labourer, Protestant with no prior convictions and could read only. Ogden was executed along with James Sutherland at CSG on 4 June 1883.
